This is a joint project of GBN with the Austrian and Swiss BBMRI-ERIC nodes (BBMRI.at and Swiss Biobanking Platform). The film emphasizes that biobanks offer comprehensive advice, work in accordance with international standards to ensure a high quality of samples, comply with strict safety protocols and are committed to long-term research success.
Prof. von Bubnoff and Prof. Weckmann from the UKSH Campus Lübeck address, in their statements, the importance of professional, quality-assured biobanks and report on their personal experiences from their collaborations.
